Hi, I’m Hayley! I’m a professional dog trainer with over a decade of experience helping dogs and their people thrive together. My journey began in Boston, working in animal care as a dog walker, daycare coordinator, and baths at a boutique. By the time I was 18, I knew that working with dogs would be my lifelong passion. I have worked for many different companies over the years and I’m excited to offer my own services to the communities of Charlotte and Raleigh with my partner—Emily.

That passion grew even deeper when I brought home my first dog, a Belgian Malinois with a long list of behavioral challenges. Working with him taught me firsthand the importance of understanding each dog as an individual, and it inspired me to explore competitive obedience, scent work, and bite work. Those experiences shaped my approach: every dog, and every owner, deserves a training plan that fits their unique personality and goals.

Today, I focus on helping people build strong, rewarding relationships with their dogs. Whether it’s training, boarding, or simply offering guidance, my goal is to create a partnership where dogs feel confident and happy, and their owners feel empowered and supported. We live in a world that’s more pet-friendly than ever, and I strive to help dogs and their humans fully enjoy it together - understanding, trusting, and thriving as a team.
